Şehval was born and educated in Izmir where her staff management skills were perfected during her role of managing a major multi-storey city centre restaurant directing a team of around 35 staff. Her fluency in the English language was as a result of supplementing her language education in Turkey with a stay of several years in England. During this time she attended college in London whilst working and interfacing with English residents in care homes in London and the South East.
She has graduated from Kadir Has University for site management and she is the first site manager who has a licence for the site management certificate in Bodrum Peninsula.
She is still studying Philosophy in Istanbul University.
